The aim of this paper is evaluating the ethno-nationalization process in BiH by focusing on inclusive/exclusionary mechanisms in political and administrative system. The data for the analysis was collected from different monitoring reports and media texts, as well as interviews and individual observations. There is also following a brief analysis of two recent political movements (MBG and February Protests) that might bring a new approach for national identity building process in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In 2015, Europe has witnessed a dramatic increase in the number of arrivals on both sea and land borders. In mid-year the policy measures were introduced by the EU Commission. Two Council Decisions and the European Agenda for Migration as part of ‘EU immediate action plan 2015’ is evaluated in the article. The main focus is the new relocation mechanisms and binding quota approach as an 'emergency response', and its prospective outcomes on the way building a precursor of common EU asylum regime. In a nutshell, this paper is aiming to explore the policy motivation behind immediate, emergency response to the recent refugee crisis.
